Vocory

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of Vocory ("the App"), developed by Brandon Kwai. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

Using the App

Vocory lets you record audio, transcribe it, and use AI features to work with the resulting text. You are responsible for the content you record, import, and process, and for having the right to record or import it. Don't use the App for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe others' rights.

Your content

You keep all rights to your notes and recordings. Your notes are stored on your device; we don't claim ownership of your content. How your data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, sold through Apple's App Store. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings.

Third-party processing

To provide transcription and AI features, the App sends audio or text to third-party providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Their processing is subject to their own terms.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App. We may also update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Transcription and AI output may contain errors and should not be relied on as a sole source of truth. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
